Communication was good. Would have liked to see a picture of the product that was delivered. Recipient did not seem to be thrilled or enjoyed the bouquet.

I ordered a handheld bouquet for my daughter for graduation and it was perfect. Gorgeous pinks and purples. Delivery was on time, they even texted me when they were on the way. I will definitely use them again!
